At Science Budget, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or modified.
• Custom or special-order items are not eligible for returns.

Process
To initiate a return, please email us at sciencebudget.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
